These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thercvault.shop (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from The RC Vault. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or stock issues. An order is confirmed once payment is received.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Please inspect items on arrival and report any damage promptly.
Returns
Contact us within a reasonable period to arrange a return or exchange of unused items in original packaging. Some items may be non-returnable for safety reasons (for example, used LiPo batteries).
Product Use & Safety
RC products, chargers, and LiPo batteries can be hazardous if misused. Follow all manufacturer instructions for charging, storage, and operation. The RC Vault is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is the property of The RC Vault or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The RC Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased through it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
